Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant Solutions

Reverse osmosis is one of the most widely used technologies for removing dissolved salts, hardness, silica, and other impurities. Chemtromech designs RO systems for industrial production, utilities, and commercial facilities.

We supply complete RO skids as well as individual components and system expansions. Our solutions are built using high-quality membranes, pressure vessels, filtration housings, dosing systems, and control instrumentation to ensure consistent permeate quality and long membrane life.

Water Softening & Pretreatment Systems

Hardness and suspended solids are major causes of scale formation and membrane fouling. Proper pretreatment significantly improves system reliability.

Chemtromech provides water softening plants, multimedia filtration systems, and activated carbon filters as standalone solutions or as pretreatment for RO and DM plants. These systems reduce hardness, turbidity, chlorine, and organic contaminants before water enters sensitive downstream equipment.

Our pretreatment solutions are designed in MS or FRP construction and configured with automatic or manual control valves depending on site requirements. Media selection, vessel sizing, and backwash design are carried out based on water analysis and flow demand.

Demineralization (DM) Plants & Mixbed Polishing

For applications that require very low conductivity water, Chemtromech offers complete demineralization plant solutions.

DM plants typically consist of cation exchangers, anion exchangers, degassers or degasifiers, and mixbed polishers. These systems are widely used for boiler feed water, power generation, and sensitive industrial processes.

CEDI (Continuous Electrodeionization) Systems

CEDI systems combine ion exchange membranes and electricity to continuously remove dissolved ions. This technology eliminates the need for acid and caustic regeneration, making it safer and more environmentally friendly.
